Until payment has been made in full for goods supplied the title thereto shall remain vested in the seller.

Goods Return Procedures

In the event of
Fitting problem
Scratched/flaked paint or wrong colour
Mistake on year / model of bike

The after sales service team have to check all items upon return to verify action required, only the after sales team can authorise action after checking. If Guarantee is accepted then the items are exchanged, the after sales team cannot make credit notes.

The after sales team will not accept;

Screens broken during use, or caused by excessive tightening of screws / fixings.

Doubled items, unless caused by Ermax UK and after checking.

Products returned without a MOR (mail order return) number, items returned without MOR will not be checked by after sales team.

Items fitted and/or tried without checking before.

Items received damaged in transit but not recorded with carrier.

Goods not returned with original packaging.

Goods damaged during attempted fitment.
Refund of full or part shipping costs.

Items ordered with wrong description at time of order.

Any issues with missing/damaged items must be notified to the after sales team within 48 hours of receipt

Customer Procedure
Upon receipt of incorrect / damaged following check inspect.

Notify the after sales team in a precise way on the problem with the goods.

You will be advised of the M.O.R. number for the goods if return is accepted.

Return goods with;
Full description of fault and back up with photos if deemed to be of use to the after sales team.

Details of Ermax UK invoice and with original packaging.

The items are only accepted if authorised before hand.

Returns must reach us free of carriage costs and be as new; acceptance becomes final only after inspection.

It is customer’s responsibility to take note of the characteristics of the product and in particular to their mode of fitment and use. All fitting procedures should be studied prior to fitting and used to allow the best use of the product.

In the event of unused items purchased and then returned as no longer required a refund can be arranged, this will however incur a handling charge of 15%
